I am currently perusing a graduate certificate in instructional design from the University of California Irvine with an expected completion date of Spring 2025. Throughout my courses in the certificate program I have explored topics such as designing and developing interactive e-learning courses, project management, and e-learning evaluation and assessment. I have experience with Articulate Rise, Canva, and iMovie.

Level 3 Evaluation: Behavior Analysis Proposal was issued by University of California, Irvine to Kristen Greene.Earners completed coursework on evaluation of post-training behavior change. They demonstrated the ability to analyze and identify behaviors critical to positively impacting a targeted business goal. They evidenced the ability to analyze a work environment to detect potential obstacles to behavior change and propose mitigating solutions. They successfully developed a Level 3 Evaluation Proposal to measure behavior change and to recommend a support package to provide incentives for that change.
